See It, Be It: Identity and Intention-Setting

Whether you’re looking to set values-driven intentions in your personal or professional life, or find a way to live authentically in both, this mini retreat will help you articulate and visualize the life you want to create for yourself.

This will be a supportive space for you to pause, reflect, and dream big. We'll guide you through the deeply personal process of setting meaningful intentions that align to your identity. Unlike making goals or resolutions, intentions focus on a way of being and on how we want to show up in life.

​What to Expect:

• Celebrating Your Journey: We'll ground ourselves in what has happened in the past year, pausing a moment to celebrate the wins, acknowledge the learnings, and keep the past and present in mind as we look to the future.

• ​Guided Exploration: Journaling exercises will help clarify our values, desires, and identity to help create a meaningful intentions.

• Creative Time: We'll let our creativity flow as we craft personal "becoming boards" to visualize our intentions.

• ​Meaningful Connection: Get inspiration and energy from others who want to step into the new year with intention.

Come alone or bring a friend, partner, or child to get 25% both tickets! All participants must be 15 or older, and those under 18 must attend with a parent.
