Starting With Stillness full-day women's retreat

Slow down and move into the world of reflective stillness and silence, opening a deeper connection with your inner self.

This retreat is meant for beginners who are drawn to stillness as an antidote to an active (or even chaotic) life but don't know where to begin.

We will start with simple activities (such as gratitude exercises, mindful movement, gazing at clouds, blowing bubbles, or walks) and move into deeper practices (such as reflective reading, contemplative art, breathing exercises, or guided silence).

We will end with a very special projection experience by artist Giesla Hoelscher that features a pairing of colorful visuals and relaxing music to softly quiet the inner chaos and guide us into a deeper peace.

Explore a wide range of stillness practices to find some that will work in your daily life.

The Importance of Stillness

"Stillness is where creativity and solutions to problems are found.”
Eckhart Tolle

Settle into fall with new skills in stillness that can carry you into the quiet winter season. Slowing down allows us to reconnect with ourselves and the world around us, find clarity, release what no longer serves us, and uncover possibilities for the seasons ahead.
