Starting With Stillness full-day women's retreat
Slow down and move into the world of reflective stillness and silence, opening a deeper connection with your inner self.
This retreat is meant for beginners who are drawn to stillness as an antidote to an active (or even chaotic) life but don't know where to begin.
We will start with simple activities (such as gratitude exercises, mindful movement, gazing at clouds, blowing bubbles, or walks) and move into deeper practices (such as reflective reading, contemplative art, breathing exercises, or guided silence). We will end with a very special light projection experience.
