Reclaiming Rest full-day women's retreat
Building rest into your life can help you overcome the overwhelm and fatigue that keeps you from living as the whole true you. We will:
- REST! There will be opportunities for physical, mental, creative, social, emotional, sensory, and spiritual rest. This will include a restorative yoga session—no experience needed—with Monica D, a certified yoga teacher who uses yoga as a safe landing space for people to breathe, soften, and process life.
- Explore what rest looks like in your life now, including rest needs and obstacles.
- Create menus to help incorporate preventative and emergency rest into your life.
Return home refreshed and equipped to reclaim rest—so you have energy to live your life to the fullest.
