Be. Intentional half-day retreat

Setting meaningful intentions is a deeply personal process. Unlike making goals or resolutions, it focuses on a way of being and on how we want to show up in life.

To guide you through the process, we will explore our values, passions, and aspirations through reflection, journaling, and discussion; write an intention or two; and create a visual representation of our intentions.

Get inspiration and energy from others who are committing to live more intentionally during the upcoming year or season.

Jan. 11, 1:30-6:00 p.m.   The Nest Retreat Center, Shoreview, MN

Open to anyone 18+

Hear from a Past Participant

The intention-setting retreat set the tone for a lot of the decisions I made this year. I was so appreciative to be given the space to think through the things that were most important in my life for this season, and be given a framework to turn those values into an intention that was easily implementable. Bonus was the collage we each made! I've kept mine on display in my office all year!
